Fuji Oil Co., Ltd., was one of the companies that had a booth at the 2015 Japan Cake Show Tokyo. Organized by the Federation of Japan Confectionery Associations and Tokyo Confectionery Associations, the show was held over the three-day period September 28 – 30 at the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center.

The proceedings during the run of the show included a judging of confectionery creations. There were also many visitors from other Asian countries because a competition under the Top of Patissier in Asia 2015 program was held at the same venue.
The organizers announced that the show attracted about 17,000 visitors over its three-day run.
Fuji Oil's booth was divided into two sections, one for chocolate and one for compound margarine.
We made pitches for our products in each section.

< Main products exhibited>

• Tumaco and Satipo, two new products in our FLOR de CACAO series: couverture chocolate made with cacao beans from a single growing region

• Elish Amer: chocolate applying Fuji Oil's processing technology for vegetable oils and fats

• Blizzard Excellent Purelait: a high-compound ingredient that does not require indication of food additives and features the flavor of quality butter

The booth also displayed applications mainly with Elish Amer and Blizzard Excellent Purelait. It won praise from the visitors for making it easy to picture modes of product use.

The booth offered visitors samples of ganache made with Satipo and cookies made with Blizzard Excellent Purelait.

It also publicized the FLOR de CACAO brand by providing samples of Tumaco and Satipo in that series as is, so visitors could get to know about the products and taste the difference in chocolate made with particularity about the growing district.
