Fuji Oil Group Management Philosophy

Fuji Oil Group Management Philosophy was established in October 2015 to promotes common values between all Group employees and to serve as the foundation for Group governance to set standards for decision-making and employee conduct. As of April 1, 2023, we have revised the Vision in our Fuji Oil Group Management Philosophy in line with the current corporate situation and the environment surrounding our group.
Each and every employee shares the same values under the Fuji Oil Group Management Philosophy, and with the spirit of constant innovation that has existed since the company's founding, we are working together to achieve growth.
