Fuji Oil’s two major R&D centers are the Fuji Science & Innovation Center and the Tsukuba Research & Development Center. Besides responding to the needs of customers across Japan, these centers are constantly engaged in research linked to new technologies and development of new ingredients.
In addition, through the "Kachizukuri" (creating value) development closely attuned to customer needs, they breed new value for the food market, not only in Japan, but also in the rest of the world.
