August 1: Fuji Oil Holdings Inc. announced that its subsidiary Fuji Oil Asia acquired 70% shares of GCB SPECIALTY CHOCOLATES SDN. BHD. (GCBSC). We have already announced the agreement for this acquisition on May 30.
