Since its founding, the Fuji Oil Group has embraced “challenge” as its guiding principle, continually exploring the potential of plant-based ingredients. Our approach goes beyond technological innovation to create value that supports the future of food and society. Amid major changes in the environment surrounding food and in social structures, we have addressed challenges affecting people’s daily lives, the future of raw material-producing regions, and the planet itself through our products. Identifying issues and delivering valuable products to society through cross-functional collaboration—this is the strength of the Fuji Oil Group.

In our current Mid-Term Management Plan, we have established the following key policies: “Enhancing Governance,” “Further Strengthening Growth Fields,” and “Establishing New Business Fields,” with the aim of achieving sustainable growth and enhancing corporate value. Speed is a critical factor in executing this plan. We believe that companies that can rapidly turn the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Action) cycle are the ones that will continue to grow. In April 2025, we restructured our organizational framework and transitioned to a business-axis-centered management approach, steadily improving the speed of decision-making and execution. In our growth fields, we are strengthening the competitiveness of our core vegetable oils and fats business and our industrial chocolate business, which drive the Group forward. In our new business fields, we are responding to customer needs by developing new products and technologies, and by cultivating new markets for existing products.

We have consistently positioned problem-solving as the driving force behind our growth. By believing in the potential of plant-based ingredients and continuously addressing social challenges, the Fuji Oil Group will continue to fulfill its responsibility to society and advance to its next stage of growth.
