New Name, Fuji Oil Europe, starts |

As told in a previous news article, Fuji Oil Co., Ltd. has purchased from N.V. Vandemoortele in Belgium the share of its Belgium group company, Vamo-Fuji N.V. The presidents of both companies met for signing on January 29th.
Immediately after the share transaction took place, Vamo Fuji held a shareholder's and board meeting and decided on a new company name and on the new company officers. The results are given below. |
