Code of Conduct of Fuji Oil Group
 
Each and every day we actively supply people around the world with healthy, entertaining food, and seek to help society become more affluent.
 
We vigorously endeavor to achieve our primary mission as a food company and win the trust of consumers and trading partners by establishing the following philosophies as our fundamental management policies:
Our managerial policies are based on 'Safety', 'Quality' and the 'Environment',
'We strive to contribute fully to customers' lives and accomplish our aim of continual development.'
'We always exert out utmost efforts to innovate with a creative spirit.'
'We undertake to advance self-enlightenment and improve our characters.'
 
The Code of Conduct provides for compliance with standards that can be relied on by all involved members, from directors to employees, in order to realize the above philosophies and policies.
 
Our Code of Conduct contains the following three points.
We will comply with all rules and regulations.
We will act sensibly and comply not only with the established laws and regulations but also with the rules of our company.
We will respect the rights of others.
We will consider the social consequences of our products and services.
 
We will act honestly.
We will never lie.
We will always act honestly in order to win trust.
We will voluntarily publish accurate information, as required by society.
 
We will act fairly.
We will act responsibly and ensure all our trading activities are both fair and reasonable.
We will ensure that public and private matters are never allowed to conflict with each other, and will never do anything that would cause our honesty or integrity to be questioned.
We will respect the culture and customs of each area where our company carries out our business.
We will respect the personality and individuality of all.
We will never contact any illegal organization.
 
In order to establish, execute and promote our Code of Conduct, we have established appropriate corporate systems/organizations, such as the 'Code-of-Conduct Committee', the 'In-House Reporting System' and 'Educational Programs'.
