Food Safty Analysis Center

To ensure the safety and reliability of all raw materials and products, the Fuji Oil Group's Food Safety Analysis Center conducts advanced analyses using the latest analytical devices and systems. In addition to performing analyses and tests for genetically modified soybeans, allergenic substances, foreign matter (both organic and inorganic), pathogenic organisms and food additives, we also perform analyses in compliance with the Positive List System established in May 2006 for maximum levels of pesticide residues, veterinary drugs and other substances. We ensure the safety of our food products by introducing state-of-the-art analysis systems and by developing and introducing increasingly precise analytical methods.
